On 5th November 2019, our partner Olivia Kung served as Moot Judge at the 14th Lawasia International Moot competition held at Hong Kong Shue Yan University. 10 teams from across Asia came to Hong Kong to compete for the championship. The moot problem for this year’s competition was concerned with resolving contractual disputes by means of arbitration.
